Terms and conditions for sale

General Conditions :

1. Supplies: present goods
   
2. Manufacturing and maintenance: The delivery period is according to the period specified by us for each process
   
3. Payment for supplies: 100% against receipt
    
4. Payment for manufacturing and maintenance: 50% down payment and 50% against receipt
   
5. Techno Hydraulics undertakes to exert maximum efforts to provide high performance services on time in accordance with the specified time frames. However, none of its requirements can be considered as a requirement to achieve results. Techno Hydraulics cannot under any circumstances be requested by the customer as a third party in the context of any claim brought against the customer for damages by an end customer.
   
6. Warranty: Six months against manufacturing defects for the supplied spare parts, not misuse or uncleanness of the hydraulic cycle
   
7. Safe payment through the Kashier electronic payment platform
   
8. Prices do not include value added tax unless this is indicated in the offer or invoice
   
   
9. All electronic invoices are sent to the Egyptian Tax Authority instantly
